Projected Hours of Operation
- Monday through Thursday 7 am to 9 pm
- Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (facility available after hours for member or other club functions)
- Closed New Years Day, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas
Membership Details
Members will enjoy a variety of services included in their membership, plus additional services available for a nominal fee. All services are accessed by a Smart Card system, allowing for convenient usage, monthly billing and year-end expense tracking.
Included:
- Broadband Internet access, both wired and wireless
- Offices and workspaces – private, semi-private, lounge
- Meeting, conference, training, and event rooms
- On site technical support for Village network issues
- Full-time receptionist
- Coffee, morning pastries and afternoon snacks
- Phone answering, voicemail, forwarding and teleconferencing (toll charges applied to member account)
- Mailbox, shipping, receiving, and courier (postage & courier fees applied to member account)
- Seminars, training, and networking events
- First 100 b/w copies and 10 color copies per month free
Additional account charge:
- Technical support for member computer issues
- Electronic data/document storage
- Additional printing, copy, fax, scan, bind, laminate, and CD burning
- Email address and hosting
- Administrative support for member projects
- Office Supplies
- Document and materials storage – fixed and mobile file cabinets, lockers, storage rooms
- Audiovisual equipment
- Catered food and beverage for meetings
