The Village at Bellevue will engage 'best of class' outside resources to maximize success potential through our grand opening and in our ongoing operations.

The Village will showcase the latest design and ergonomically friendly furnishings from market leaders Herman Miller, Geiger, SCA Wall Systems and others based on extensive research and thousands of installations worldwide. Included are office furniture systems and accessories, small office, home office and residential furniture, freestanding furniture products, office and institutional seating, filing and storage products. They are also providing their professional expertise through services such as design planning, furniture management, strategic facilities consulting and leasing.

Herman Miller and other manufacturers are represented through subsidiaries and corporate offices, independent dealers, and licensees in over 40 countries in North America, Asia/Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America. Manufacturing and distribution facilities are located in the United States, Holland, Italy and the United Kingdom. Net sales for each company exceed one billion dollars.

The delicate balance between productive yet comfortable and exciting work environment will be created by award-winning architects Keith Smith and Clive Bridgwater. Mr. Smith spent 10 years with well-renowned national design firm NBBJ, and now heads his own architecture, interior design and graphics firm. Smith's clients have included national brands Crate and Barrel, Eddie Bauer and Calvin Klein.

Clive Bridgwater's credentials include environmental design at the Pasadena Art Center and a degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCIARC). He brings his commercial (Newport Fashion Island, Beverly Center) and luxury estate (Park City, Bel Air, Malibu Colony) residential design and development expertise to the team to create work environments familiar and comfortable to the SOHO, traveling executive and knowledge worker.
