Scott Herrmann, Founder and Chairman
Mr. Herrmann is Real Estate Director with Opus Northwest, a vertically integrated commercial and residential real estate development and construction firm. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Herrmann served as President & Chief Executive of both Civia, Inc., a multi-media public kiosk advertising venture spawned during his various roles at Fisher Properties, including Director of Marketing and Vice President of Marketing & Leasing. He has over 17 years of experience in several facets of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on office building marketing, leasing and development. Mr. Herrmann received his B.A. in Economics from DePauw University.
Mark Bridgwater, President
Mr. Bridgwater is a seasoned executive in corporate and entrepreneurial real estate finance and construction, high-tech marketing to the information worker and consumer, and is professionally trained in PR and public speaking. Mr. Bridgwater has been Vice President or Director of Marketing for numerous U.S. and international venture-funded startups, often as a SOHO worker, thereby providing intimate, first hand knowledge and resources for Village Clubs rollouts. He has held both General Contractor and Real Estate Broker licenses in California, and was a founding partner for San-Francisco-based Pacific Union Financial Services. He has managed sales teams, administrative staff and both local and multi-national strategic partners. Mr. Bridgwater holds a B.S. degree in Urban Land Development from the University of California at Berkeley.
Eddie Poplawski, Advisor
Mr. Poplawski is currently Chairman of Anderson Daymon, Costco's in-house broker, following a 13-year tenure that included serving as the company's President & Chief Executive Officer, 4 years of which were as sole owner of the business. Prior to joining Anderson Chamberlin (1990-1993), Mr. Poplawski was the General Manager of Cascade Cabinet, then the largest manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom cabinets in the western United States. From 1987 to 1990, Eddie worked in real estate development with Spieker Partners (now known as Equity Office Properties), headquartered in Menlo Park, California. Eddie earned his undergraduate degrees (BA Economics and Human Biology) from Stanford University in 1981 and his MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business in 1987.
